Oakland beat Seattle 6-5 on Friday. Eduard Bazardo gave up a walkoff home run in the 10th inning to Donovan Walton, a former Mariner. Walton's two-run shot finished the Athletics' rally. Seattle had led earlier. But Oakland rallied to shock the Mariners in extra innings. A spectacular catch by Clarke set the stage for Walton's winning hit.
Bazardo took the mound in the 10th. He almost got out of it. With two outs, Walton made strong contact. The ball landed beyond the outfield. Oakland erupted. Seattle left the field stunned.
