Michael Taaffe earned his first NFL start. He finished with his first career interception. The Miami Dolphins rookie safety grabbed a pass from Kirk Cousins after the break. Taaffe started at safety with Zayne Anderson. Dante Trader Jr. was not in the starting pair. The interception arrived on the opening possession after halftime. It gave Miami the ball to start the half. Kirk Cousins later threw his third touchdown. That gave them a lead of 24-13 at that stage. Taaffe's takeaway represented the rookie's maiden NFL interception of the game.
