The National Rugby League recently changed its rules to give Jai Arrow special dispensation. The rule update follows his forced retirement from rugby league owing to motor neurone disease. This special dispensation allows Arrow to reach 100 games for the South Sydney Rabbitohs. Emotional Rabbitohs players heard about the act. He can now reach a milestone.
