The game took place in Toronto against the Baltimore Orioles on September 11. It was scarcely the mark he wanted. Okamoto smashed his 31st home run that evening. Strikeouts are not a positive at the plate. Sportsnet and Yahoo Sports reported the record. The Blue Jays welcomed the Orioles that night.
