The United States Central Command convened a meeting of military leaders during a gathering in Germany. The attendees included the chiefs of staff of Israel and seven Arab states. Discussions focused on the conflict with Iran. A congressional report estimates the conflict cost the Pentagon 38 billion dollars while straining missile stockpiles. The report says the war has depleted U.S. missile reserves. The conference gave senior officers from all eight countries a chance to discuss the war and coordinate next steps.
